Description
A reworking of an adopted character I got from Winter Panda a while back. Then I decided to rework it to cater to my interests.

And I even found out a good explanation for her origins:

Her name is Stella Molia, or Astra to her friends. And she comes from a world that is much like Earth except on her planet, time is not defined the linear way that we view it. Therefore, in times when a girl feels little, she can literally shrink to the size of a toddler or grow to the size of an adult. Which maybe not be fully exploited by some folks. But to whom a certain few like Molia, becomes a regular field day when she goes exploring on certain planets like Earth, which people don't know any better about this unique ability, or why a grown woman would wear diapers underneath her costume. So if you see a large diapered girl playing in the park and then close your eyes in amazement at such a sight, you might just see a baby girl having fun instead and be like... what just happened?
