Description
My humble submission to Fantasy Month, hosted byThis is perhaps one of the most extensive projects I've undertaken and a little bit experimental but in a good way that I can honestly say it's also one of my favorites, because everything seemed to align so well.
In my mind there was some sort of story being formed with this character's surroundings. I don't know about her name, but she was probably having a pretty ordinary day when some strange twist of fate landed her in some fantasy world full of castles, and dragons, and diapers. And at first many of items, and customs of this world could cause major embarrassment, but after a while and travels long untold there is a point where you realize that things aren't as bad as she originally thought. So, now despite her trials to get back to her own worlds, really she's in no hurry to get there.
On a minor note: When it comes to poetry. I'm not the best word smith but sometimes a picture can only say so much before dialogue finishes the rest. So, hopefully the poem makes senses in some way.
Why does fantasy work so well with this theme? Who knows?... And who cares, cus' it's good.

If only dreams existed outside the drawing board then, what a fantastic world this would be... If only.

I liked the poem quite much, actually! ^3^ It, as well as the artwork itself combined, really struck a chord with me in the heart...

I'm glad it could do that. When heart chords are struck it makes beautiful music of the soul. It goes from your head to your feet and makes you start dancing... wait, I'm think of another kind of sole.
Thank you, for the compliment.

If you mean did I make the poem myself, then yes. It's difficult but fun if you do it right.
