People will often use keywords such as Naruto, Sasuke, Porn, Sex, Paris Hilton, etc. hoping people will search for those and see their art instead.

I believe you just need a little lecture on search engine basics. Don't you have an IT class that teaches you that stuff? Typing the right words is crucial and not just for searching for art here. It can also be applied when you're researching for a paper.
