I agree; maybe because I learned to read at very early age (3 years old) without almost any help, so I have extremely good ortography [BTW my native language is Spanish]. I'm one of the few people still trying to use the ";" 's (semicolons) properly. ^^

... There is, however, such thing as over-punctuating.
I also find over-using "I" annoying. Sure, using "me" where "I" should be is annoying, but it's equally annoying when people over-compensate by over-using "I". It seems it's being done more and more, even by adults. >.<
Then there's over-using quotation marks... I saw some photos of actual signs that were absolutely hilarious.

Well, there are times when you should use "He and me" instead of "He and I", and when people put I anyway is when it gets annoying.

I can't stand reading run-on sentences. I knew someone who spelled their words correctly, but just flat out refused to use a period to separate anything. How do they even understand what they just wrote? It looks like they got bored and decided to type a mass of words that had nothing to do with each other.

It does get annoying when people write like this:
"thanks i really liked how dis turned out it was down at great granddaddy hawks house and he thought it was badarse"

She said,"No, I asked how I could improve the writing."
