Oooh, very alien. It's disturbingly familiar and unassuming, looking very much like a bird with a massive beak pointed to the air, only for it to very clearly not be what we think it is, as the mouth opens sideways to reveal hinged teeth. VERY cool blend of avian, cephalopod, and piscean qualities. I'm curious how they move on land, id they have to belly slide, and only sit upright like this when stationary, or can they waddle feebly around on the ice?
Then there's the question of how they keep warm, especially with such massive eyes, which you'd think would freeze... Or perhaps the eyes close when temperatures drop below freezing?
It's also interesting that, for arctic animals, their colors are also still quite tropical, very bright and vivid.
I'm looking forward to seeing the content in this upcoming release.

The eyes thing is interesting. Colossal Squid have eyes 1 foot wide but they dont freeze, perhaps they use some sort of natural chemical antifreeze?
