I really need to use MDF more, i'm amazed at how clean you can get your constructions with it. Great job on this, next time i'm in Phoenix I'll have to drop by and pick your brain

Thanks! You have to seal the MDF with shellac or wood hardener but then you can sand most of the grain down.
