First Artwork of 2016! And it was a thing I've been working on since halfway through November... I'll pro'lly go back to simple BGs until I can speed up my drawing process, cause this takes too long for me... lol...I'll pro'lly start looking at my Request Box now that this done.

how did get those panels to look like that *v* the projector I think they call it. I really want to learn how draw like that. have one place that uses them to.

Place your screen, put in a Layer underneath that is a solid color (in this case, blue), lower the opacity of that and set it to I think Multiply, and put it altogether into a folder with a lowered Opacity set to Lumi & Shade.
