Very nice :3 I like the little cave drawings and the textures on the wall! My recommendation for the stalagmites and stalactites, though...try putting some facets on them. Rocks tend to be geometrical and when you draw them so smooth-looking without any hard lines or complete shapes, they look more like paper mache. Or stranger yet, tornadoes O.o

stalagmites actually aren't geometrical when you look at them, since they're deposits of minerals that have dripped down from the ceiling of a cavern. Rocks are and my rocks will be geometrical. I'll add more texture. :3
