Always a PervVincent used his standard Turk Binoculars to spy on the women's shower room. Specifically on a certain scientist. What he didn't count was getting caught though.
Because how Vincent describes Lucrecia just seems stalker-ish to me.
Really, when he said "Beautiful...beautiful Lucrecia" I could just imagine he was thinking Lucrecia naked and drooling.
