Congrats on getting a DD. Reminds me of Death, from the Discworld novels, but set in real time. I like the bone details, the robe's creases and the neon sign. All lovely-looking.

(Mr. Grim materializes next to him)
Mr. Grim: "Ahhh... Oh... Hello there, my name is Mr. Grim.... The last name is Reaper, BUT, I like Mr. Grim better..."
Hothwing: (Still a bit shocked by the sudden presence of another person... maybe...) "Uhhhh..... The name's Hothwing, nice to meet ya... (Takes a swig of cold beer) (Thinks "Who the hell is guy?" ) Umm.... So, what do you do for work?"
Mr. Grim: "Well, you could say im THE undertaker slash gravedigger.... for the world...."
Hothwing: "Woah... (Wait a second.... Mr. Grim... Last name Reaper... Mr. Grim Reaper! Shit.....) I see... you must have a lot of dead to take care of in one day huh?
Mr. Grim: " You dont even know, I start work at 1am and get off at 12:30am. My hours suck, and I only get one day off a year! Halloween, its such a joke. My boss says its the only time a year I can actually walk around and not scare people..."
Hothwing: "Man thats a total drag..... you get paid good? I mean, your work covers the world right?"
Mr. Grim: "Yup, (in the time that had passed in the conversation Mr. Grim had ordered a beer...) but i don't get paid with actual money, I get paid..." (Repeats) "I get paid with souls...."
Hothwing: "With souls? Well... uhh... Thats, thats new... never heard of a boss you pays out souls before... (Shit... just as I thought the Grim Reaper!) "Dont you have anyone to help you?" (Why,did i just say that...)
Mr. Grim: "Ya i guess its quite different huh? Nope, ya know never thought about having a parter before.... hmm, hey what do ya say?
Hothwing: "What do I say about what?" (Crap....)
Mr. Grim: "Wanna be my parter?"
Hothwing: "Gosh... Let me think about a second"
Mr. Grim: "Ok, no problem.." (Takes a long draught of his beer)
Hothwing: ("Well this is a decision.... Lets see, I got cancer, I lost my wife and kids... None of the family like me..... Sure, why not....")
Mr. Grim: (Before Hothwing can talk) "Cancer huh? Well thats a total bummer..... "Lothium, Chiron, and Fall... Right?
Hothwing: "How the hell!!"
Mr. Grim: "Im the Grim Reaper, part of my job is to read and record the thoughts of the soon to be dead... Lets just say, I can read your thoughts"
Hothwing: "Well damn... Ya ill be your partner..."
Mr. Grim: "Sweet, well this is going be cool, i wonder how the boss will respond... Ohh well... Ive thought of a new name for you.... How about Hellboy?"
Hothwing: "ya sure whatever, lets get outa here though.... where too partner, hahaha?"
Mr. Grim: "Well, lets take ya to the boss... (Places hand on Hothwing) Lets go!
Both vanish in a cloud of black dust....
Mr. Grim: You can open your eyes now....
Hothwing: (Opens eyes and sees the inside of a giant throne room. Everything is made out of bone... and painted red... with blood...
Mr. Grim: "Welcome to your new home... Hellboy! mwahahaha!"
