Underfist is a spin-off special/final episode of "The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy"
it involved 5 minor characters from the series forming a team of supernatural monster fighters who protect the world from evil monsters.
So pretty much they don't give evil a hand... they give em' the fist!

actually in one episode of Shinchan (which Funimation dubbed) there was a Lupin parody with Shin in the green jacket, sideburns, and role. He called himself "PUPIN THE TURD"
makes sense since Funimation did the Lupin movies.
