But if you want to repay me and if you like to cook and have
a nice recepie, I would like to know it.

I'm currently reducing my meat consumption.
But some meet on Sunday once a week should be OK I guess

I think every once in a week is enough for a start.
Maybe every Wednesday.
I had some problems with my heart in the past and it almost gave up.
I think I had too much pork.
So I'll need to reduce my meat consumption (It almost felt as if the meat consumes me).
I want some balance in my body again and want all my body parts to come along with each other but I dont't want to completely abandone meat
Right now I'm kind of in a detox phase, getting rid of all the waste.
Maybe you have a nice recipe for chicken curry.
I would love to hear.

Ahh you see I don't eat Pork, so chicken is all I have to really experiment with. I think Pork comes across as a heavy big food so maybe eating too much pork can cause problems
I curry a like is Green Chicken Curry:
Ingredients
(Serves about 4 or 2)
1tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
1 garlic clove, chopped finally
2-3tbsp green curry paste
425ml coconut milk
150ml chicken Stock
4 kaffir lime leaves
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1tbsp fish sauce
2tbsp Thai soy sauce
1 grated skin of a lime and it's juice
1tbsp of soft light brown sugar
4tbsp of chopped coriander, dried or fresh.
1) Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok and cook the onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the curry paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
2) Add the coconut millk, stock, lime rind and juice and sugar. Cook for 3 minutes until the sugar has dissolved. Garnish with the coriander and serve
(It's nice with rice)
Let me know how it goes
