I like the idea of General Guy having a cool mech suit. I mainly like the guns on the arms, the pod General Guy's in, and the Bullet Bill Launchers.

I don't think he'd be using Bullet Bills for ammo, though... His entire army and arsenal is made up of ShyGuys, so he would be more likely to use the SpearGuy's spears or PyroGuys.

But Bullet Bills are a little more easily recognized so i decided to use them.
However it would be rather funny to see a PyroGuy flamethrower. ^^

Not necessarily; I make several theories behind the awesomeness of the ShyGuys, among them that their masks actually keep an incredible and destructive power from being released, and one of my theories consist of the ShyGuys not actually working for Bowser. They fought WITH him temporarily in Paper Mario, but only because they wanted the Star Spirit to power General Guy's ShyTank. The ShyGuys who work for Bowser are actually considered traitors by the other ShyGuys, similar to how there are good Koopas and bad Koopas. SergeantGuy is one of those considered to be a traitor.
Also, the ShyGuys who don't work for Bowser aren't actually Mario's enemies. They fought in Paper Mario to keep him from taking the Star Spirit, but aside from that the ShyGuys have been neutral with Mario, joining a few kart races and playing some Mario Party. Even some of the ShyGuys who work for Bowser treat Mario as a friend rather than an enemy, as shown if Mario goes to the ShyGuy cage in BiS before Bowser open it. (They all start treating him like a celebrity)

Well, it only makes sense. In BiS, SergeantGuy appears to lead the ShyGuys, and in Paper Mario GeneralGuy appears to lead the ShyGuys. Therefore they must be leaders of different ShyGuy teams.

Well koopas are more like clansmen to bowser, goombas are just stupid and would fallow anybody really, but shyguys just seem different somehow.
