I got a TOYGER! I named myself after my favorite breed of cat (I also have Toyger as my art account), but thought it was an impossible dream!
I wasn't even sure if they were legal in Norway. They are NOT legal in any of the cat fancy associations, so there isn't a single breeder in Norway. BUT! they are in fact legal to own! I had to go to Denmark to find a breeder. But this wasn't just any breeder either, she really knew what she was doing, and I can trace his lineage back to the official creator of the breed (his pedigree papers has EEYAA, the creators breeding name, listed 22 times! Including grandmother) The famous Toyger on the Times cover is also in the list I was told! So descendant of that beauty!

She also had very strict quality control on temperament, only continued the best ones. When I visited, ALL of the cats, young and old, was super affectionate and came running!

This photo was basically taken in an attempt to make a good Avatar photo, but I liked it enough to upload as well
It has been adjusted with being decreased to avatar size in mind, so not a perfect clean up since it wasn't necessary.
