Description
Being a little kitty is a hard life, hehe =^_^=Eating and sleeping, sure must be tiresome
Q-Tips, 3 Weeks old (wow, time flies)
I feel they develop slowly.. My litter was running around at two weeks. These kittens are still holding up in the nest and can barely stand
The mom was sick shortly before she got pregnant (which is also why she wasn't fixed)
They seem healthy enough...just...slow in development....
Shouldn't kittens run around at the age of three weeks?

maybe these little ones were a bit premature. The litter I was taking care of were almost hairless and the size of mice. I only have one survivor and when I took her to the vet the other day,I told him what had happened and he said it was a good chance they were preemies. Smudge's size is that of a 1 1/2 week old kitten now even tho today she turned 3 weeks. Her mother was also very sick but on top of that, only a 4-6 month old kitten herself. They';; catch up soon enough

They do have teeth, but they are so small that you can barely see them =^_^=
From this angle not at all

Oh yes, such a hard life that must be.
I wish my life was like that.
It might not be any help since all my cats are Durka's, but none of my kitty Amanda's 2 litters were up and moving around much, until they were like a month old.
And neither were her daughters, Dora and Nibz, litters.
But like I said, my cats are Durka's. They might just be even slower then I thought!

Nah, it seems like it was my litter that was exceptionally quick
4 weeks seem to be the standard =^_^=

Ah, well then, I don't feel like my cats are quite as retarded then.
Yours just decided they didn't wanna be lazy chubby kits sooner then most!

Hehe, yeah
Probably cause I always carried them around, and often put them down on the floor (it had a nice long fluffy carpet, and a nice temperature)

i remember my friends kittens still stayed near their nest at 3 weeks and were very wobbly on their feet, maybe like huamsn things develop at different times, I walked at 9 months old but never crawled and some baby people walk at 18 months, mind you walking early was actually not a good thing as crawling is an important stage in a child`s development.

usually 4 to 5 weeks before they're running around. week three they're still getting use to sound and sight. once they learn to walk though... they will warp right into running.

I guess my litter was just early then
Possibly cause I brought them around with me (mommy didn't mind)
We have a nice comfy carpet so the kittens could be put in the middle of the room instead of a basket. Bet that affected it too

nah depends if you handle them too much. give them a few more days. I usually just sit with them on the floor and let the little ones come to me.
it is cute to watch them venture around. soon you won't be able to keep them out of nothing. XD

I only get to see them a few minutes a day, since they aren't mine..
Can't bother them to much, with a little one and all (baby girl)
But maybe when they get a bit older I can borrow one for a little hour

This is the most adorable I've ever seen! I really love white cats, and kittens are always cute, so those two combined equals an awesome picture I'm amazed by the fact that you managed to capture this little moment of sleepiness, you must've been sitting there with your camera, just waiting for a great shot! Good job, and about the 'Advanced Critique Encouraged' thing... I've got nothing to say, no critique at all!

I happened to come down while they where sleeping, which usually results in me waking them up when I go over to them =^_^=
They wake easily, even if I tried not to
I actually managed to capture three yawns in just a few minutes!
