When a short list of reptiles got legalized in Norway the first thing I noticed was the «dwarf monitor». I wanted it so badly! But thought it was tegu sized, which I can’t fit in my current home. So I picked the tiniest milk snake instead, which soon escalated to more reptiles
I later found the «dwarf monitor» is actually ackie monitor! Which isn’t THAT big!
I contacted a seller and he brought me two. I found after just a few hours that both are male... So I asked him to trade one for female or juvenile (in hope of female). He said sure, we can do that. I kept getting new dates for when, and after Corona hit I heard no more. I guess I am stuck with two guys.. I love them both, but I wanted a girl to mate them.
Rudania was being a goof this year, so while the others have nice posing photos, he has a playful death roll
