It's actually really easy to make, if a little awkward at points You need one large bowl and a smaller one (I ended up using a ramikin dish). Put some ice cubes and flowers (or whatever you want in your ice to make it look pretty) in the bottom of the bowl, place the smaller bowl on top of the ice cubes and pour in some cold water, if you want flowers and stuff round the outside, then put them in and pour more water in until it reaches the rim. Then freeeze it

Then it's a little awkward to get the bowls out, but if you wait a little while some of the water will have melted to make it easier. If you're gonna take it on a picnic, you'll need ice packs to prevent it from melting all the way ^_^
