You know, when the idea of an evil twin of Bombshell occured to me, I didn't get past much more than two ideas. One, bigger breasts. As we have seen, at least in self-parody HU pin-ups, that Aria's ego takes a blow from being outbosomed. Secondly, a cybernetic mid-section between torso and pelvis allowing for a 360% roundhose kick and a sickly double-hourglass figure.
This, is MUCH better. Excellent design of Bombshell's evil twin, Jo!
For some reason, the strategic circular cuts in the costume makes me think 'grenade launcher' or 'missile ramp'... If you catch my drift. 
I certainly hope this Bomber, as a polar opposite to Aria, doesn't mind getting molested, cause if you wear something like this, out of a late 90s dominatrix fetish gear flick... Hey, an Anti-Virtus/Vice completely opposite to the original in morality would DEFINATELY try to get in a few lucky pinches!
I'm not really sure what to call them, but I dig the 'pig tails' at the back of her head. They squick me out, and for a villain, that is a good sign.
Also, I'm sure you have some thought behind that Nazi-esque hat and coat in the lower bust shot, and I'd love to hear it. ^^

First off, thank you very much, both for the compliments as well as some insightful points. I'm not gonna comment on them all, but that just means I couldn't phrase it better than you already did 
An evil twin with bigger breasts?? Haha, NO! That would devalue my poor, poor character... 
The crotch... well, it mostly has to do with her heels being higher than Bombshell's and the, um, aesthetic interaction between the crotch-part and the heels, but I have nothing against your interpretation either
As for the cap, that's my nod to M.Bison, who I think this character would probably most resemble. I'm even thinking about giving her some sort of special martial arts move ^_^ But yeah, the Nazi-theme always goes well with the dominatrix theme too. That's also why she has X's on her nipples. They might be swastikas, or might not...

Whatever that martial arts move would be, I'm sure a lot of gyrating would be involved. XD
