The glove thing is pretty witchblade-y, I admit... but this here is far from being some supernatural artefact. I also think the whole concept is different enough to justify not being reminded of Witchblade. But of course I had to think of Witchblade at some point.

I simply love that action!! Flowing the direction of her eyes also makes me imagine being, but I don't and wouldn't want to, be the thing she's aiming at.
