The movie was crap, they barely followed the origin, pissed me off. That is almost no where near accurate, read Origin and Weapon X by barry windsor smith. Thats how the movie should have been.

Awesome pic, but one thing is just glaring at me... the technology for the claws is more present day than pre-Revolutionary, meaning... the claws don't really fit into the timeline. XD The rest is believable.

Except one of them was actually made of adamantium, broken off from Wolvie's claw after decking the first President of the United States. This was found centuries later, which in turn started the Weapon X project.

Adamantium can't "break off". It's indestructible unless the person manipulating it has electro-magnetic powers like Magneto. So your story idea is completely whacked and unrealistic according to the Marvel/X-men universe.
