After see more of Cell Max in Dragon Ball Super Super Hero, which I LOVE this version of him BTW, I major DC Doomsday vibes from him and the way he was released too.

Also im perfectly fine with this version of Cell being a Rage Monster and incomplete, because we don't many of those in Dragon Ball and this one is crazy powerful and dangerous

Oh yeah, after seeing more of him, its a bulky version of Perfect Form Cell, similar to his Power-Weighted Form with Semi-Perfect Forms face (that Toriyama's favorite BTW) and clubbed spiked tail and the wings.
