Shiloh is a cheeky, playful wanderer who never stays in one place for long. A gifted craftsman, he provides for himself by making knick-knacks and styling hair. Beneath his jokester facade, Shiloh is angry and self-destructive. A victim of horrific domestic violence, he now hunts down slavers, traffickers, and abusers, and unleashes his pent-up fury on them. He has little regard for his own safety and would gladly sacrifice himself for others. He's interested in Fei-An , who is slowly warming up to him.
