Damn, that's not only creepy... it's great! Had a hard time recognising those two in this pic, which is probably why I like it. But why hasn't his got any comments since 2012? Not fair...

Someone else had the same question, and after I said "make it up!", they wrote the following:
A pale woman flowed over the land running so fast she seemed to glide; her long blonde hair flew behind her, a golden banner in the moonlight, and her long dark dress fluttered around her legs noiselessly without encumbering her.
Beside her, moving fluidly through the shadows was another woman; this one ran on all fours instead of upright like her companion, her animalistic movements made easier by the shirt and loose pants she wore. Each bound sent her halo of dark hair flying about her head, occasionally brushing her dark cocoa skin.
The blonde woman came to a halt on a small cliff overlooking a village; the dark haired woman joined her on the impromptu lookout a moment later. The dark haired woman stood slightly behind the blonde, cocoa coloured claws slid over pale shoulders.
βCynthia,β the dark haired womanβs voice trembled with excitement as her claws sliced her companionβs flesh. The pale woman hissed, fingers clenching tightly on the red cloth she had stolen three days ago, smiling with blood stained lips.
βI know Liberty, letβs go.β Together the pale vampire and the dark skinned werewolf descended on the sleeping village.
By the time the Hunter arrived in the village there was no one left alive, though he searched the town inch by inch. All he found of the duo he was trailing were dead bodies and, strung high in the cityβs centre like a macabre flag, his missing red shirt.

Here's the basic plot: because Libby and Cindy were exposed to the monster DNA from the Halloween episode Nightmare in Retroville "secondhand" (being bitten by Sheen and Carl, respectively), they weren't fully cured by Jimmy's machine. The monster DNA lay dormant for a few years, but as time wore on, the stress of school/teen life/etc. activated it again.
Now Libby and Cindy turn into a werewolf and a vampire by night, and they're a heck of a lot scarier this time around. Can Jimmy a) figure out what's even going on, and b) find a way to turn the girls back to normal before Cindy goes all fang-happy on his neck?
...yeah.

You should write it!!! I'd read it completely. and I bet every TOSOT fan would too. We all fell in love with a fantastic angst-filled, dramatic, and semi-horror fanfic, and this unwritten story would just be perfect.^-^

Excellent! Nice to see a vamp and a werewolf together for once in a long time! Miss this show dearly had the craziest episodes and a huge variety of interesting characters and dialogue.
I'm not sure if anyone else had noticed while watching it or I just like looking for things in tv but did anyone ever noticed that whenever any character talked in the show they moved their bodies to show what they were saying ALOT!!!!!?!?!?!?!!!!!
Watch the show again and pay attention to how each character moves while they speak and how everyone is moving when they are listening. You'll see what I'm talking about

Their animation was really ahead of its time...unfortunately, all that awesome movement was really expensive. The high cost was a big part of the reason it was canceled

Aw man that sucks! Now that I think about it this was the only cartoon around that had this great type of animation! That's what made this cartoon so unique to me! Now we have "Planet Sheen" to fill the hole left by Jimmy Neutron.
