OHEMGEE! CASPER'S GOT AN MS PAINT TUTORIAL!!!
Yup! ^^ It took a while to make, but I hope it helps you guys if you have any trouble in drawing in MS Paint. ^^
NOTE: For this certain deviation, I've selected "Critique Discouraged". This is because I made this to HELP people, not have people discourage my art. However, all of my other deviations have critique welcome, so you can comment freely on those.
PS: This will ONLY work if you download it to your desktop. For some reason it ain't showing up. o0

1. Draw a sketch, it can be any color BESIDES black. It doesn't have to look like the actual picture.
2. Outline sketch in black
3. Take the eraser, make the first color the color you used to make the sketch, the second color white. Erase the sketch part while holding down the RIGHT mouse...Clicky thing...
4. Color
That's basically it. O=o;

Click on the image with the right clicker, and when you scroll a bit in the options it gives you, then it'll show you a little image where you can make it bigger. Click on it, and it's all set.

No, it doesn't really download it to the desktop. It just puts it out of deviantart in a webpage in a better view. Besides, if it cost money, I'd like a slice of the pie. xD
