OHEMGEE! CASPER'S GOT AN MS PAINT TUTORIAL!!!
Yup! ^^ It took a while to make, but I hope it helps you guys if you have any trouble in drawing in MS Paint. ^^
NOTE: For this certain deviation, I've selected "Critique Discouraged". This is because I made this to HELP people, not have people discourage my art. However, all of my other deviations have critique welcome, so you can comment freely on those.
PS: This will ONLY work if you download it to your desktop. For some reason it ain't showing up. o0

To the left of the preview picture there's a pic of a computer. When you hover over it, it'll say "Download to Desktop". Just click on that.
