I've been chipping away at this between tasks for the past week or two, sort of to wind downn from work and other stuff or just to relax

i really like drawing in green apparently fdskj

I,, wish i'd spent more time on the background but tbh it was late, i pulled up my socks and drew the whole background in one evening rather than taking my time with it so it looks kinda rushed.. the truth is i just wanted to go to bed so i wanted to get it done as fast as possible

I finally decided on a design+name for Ginseng (Shiloh's familiar, who used to be Rowan's familiar yadda yadda) the creature Shiloh's holding
He channels magic energy through himself and, through his conneciton with Shiloh, lets Shiloh use magic
neat stuff

Shiloh's crests and tail glow when they use magic! Their empathic abilities don't really count towards magic, since it's an innate thing Shiloh's kind can do. They had to learn to do advanced magic, and they can't do magic without Ginseng around anyway lol
