A while ago, I said I was working on an action-y pic of Fara Phoenix.Well, this is basically me saying "HEI GUYZ! WASN'T LYAN!"
As one can tell, this is not finished. I've still got work out a few finer details, but I really wanted to post SOMETHING about this, so this'll be on here until the finished image is ready.
Overall, I kinda like it. But I have mixed feelings about her pose. On the one hand, it looks pretty dynamic. On the other... OH GAWD HER SPINE! Ah, well, at least it's not quite as bad as Rob Liefeld right? Right?
The idea for her suit was to be both an update of her original look (so, similar colours and what-not), as well as a "what if Fara was around during the Assault era?" where flashy space-suits and combat armour are all the rage.
So yeah, there we have it.

I have been thinking at taking a shot at colour work... especially with this pic (though I'm not the most confident about it). So, I might just do that when it's fully done. Thanks.

I especially like her tough military girl face. One might call her a military brat, and some say rich brat, due to the fan-establishment of her father being a wealthy business owner. Against all that, I say she's a brave soldier, not just a pilot, and you captured that strong stalwart personality here.

Well, we really don't know much at all about Fara's skill level other than she's supposed to be a really good pilot. But then, Slippy's a... passable pilot, and he still supposedly manages with ground combat, so why not her?
And thanks. I intended to give her an air of confidence here, since that always seemed to be one of her defining traits.
