Bless breaks from school. I've felt so good mentally today, and I think this Easter break has played a huge part of that. For those of you who has no idea what Easter break is, it is basically spring break in Norway. Only difference is that it's called something else and it's this week; not the next or the previous..? I've heard different weeks from different people from the USA so I have no clue. Point being, breaks are amazing. If you're having a break right now, I encourage you to spend time focusing on yourself; especially if you suffer from a mental illness. Find the things that makes you happy and do them! It has without a doubt helped me in my battle for betterment.Other than that, I wish you a wonderful rest of the day!
