Description Yup, finally it's happening! My very first closed species (wooh yaay)
Finally done (thanks Pokemon Go for making me go outside for hours)

About Mernymphaeas:

Mernymphaeas are friendly creatures that live under the sea in the magic and no magic world. Because they are half mermaid half flower, they need to spend time in the sun to survive(they don't need to eat though). If they haven't been in the sun for a long time, they move very slowly and their colour decreases.
They don't have magical powers. but they can communicate with flowers and most animals that live under the sea.

Mernymphaeas can be divided into Mernymphaea apex, where the bloom is on the head and Mernymphaea imum, where the flower is the fin (the end of the tail).

Specialty about Apex (that I haven't mentioned) - When their flower has been in the sun for a long time, Apex start to glow. (But the glowing decreases after some time)

More information about them and their world and whatever comes in my mind in my upcoming journal (hopefully)!

How I got the idea:
I actually was practising and then suddenly I had the idea of mixing flowers with mermaids. And I thought that there aren't that many aquatic adoptables, so I developed my idea and created them (:
Resemblance to other species are pure coincidence! I checked the internet and all I found were Purrmaids and some mermaids with Flowers as a pattern or on their fin not as their fin.
The working name actually was Floranymphs, but nymphs don't have fins, so I didn't like it. Then I found out that water lilies are also called nymphaea and I really like word plays, so...
Other names were: Floranymphaea, Fleurmaid(but that one was already taking by azolitmin...), and Fleurnymphaea. Mernymphaea is actually pronounced Mer(as in mermaid)-nymphaea (as in I don't know how to say it ask google translator or something else)

About Adoptables:
As you can see in my Reference Sheet, Mernymphaeas have iconic features and some of them might or will defintely vary.
But I want to take a closer look on personality traits. First of all, the described personality traits, are the most common, but there are exceptions. Obviously. If you're willing to adopt a Mernymphaea, you need to know that the character and passion are all up to you. So if you want a Mernymphaea apex who is clumsy, that's okay.
Adoptables will be in form of chibis, it'll be easier for me to draw them and takes less time
I haven't really thought about the price yet, because I never really did this, but I'll inform you about

Mernymphaea imum -

If I were to make a flower mermaid whose tail is also a flower, but have a completely different profile and species chart, but the flower mermaid is inspired by your species, would that still be stealing? If it was inspired by yours?

Thanks thanks thanks!

But drawing a mermaid base, sure was hard! Mermaidtails sure aren't easy...

Oh and actually it's more like nature chose the colours... I just added my own touch (:

OOooOOOOoooOOo yis, gimme onnneee!
I would recommend making a group for these bbys
and possibly opening up the ability for others to make adopts (Like rights)
unless u want complete control, which is fine!
I know I would like to try my hand at adoptables, 'specially something like these

Thanks for liking them! :>
Well, I think I should upload the first adoptable batch before making a group. And you now see how it's going.
And I'd like to keep the rights for now, I'm sorry. But that doesn't mean that it will be like this forever. Maybe I'll do an MYO event, but not now. I mean you can't even adopt them yet!
