About: A gifted Mage, Maeson was renowned, trusted, and respected amongst the people in his herd. His knowledge was sought after and his status as Grand Magi attracted much interest. Including that of a goddess known as Vah'Rah.
She revealed herself to him through dreams and visions, and he fell in love with her knowledge and beauty. The Goddess also fell in love with him, and so she told him many secrets about the universe, and spoke to him of the realm she existed in. Upon learning of these realms, he swore he'd find a way to her, so that they could be together, united, and she encouraged him greatly. But to others, the thought of Maeson discovering a way to become a god terrified and upset them. They felt that mortals should be forbidden from this sacred divinity, and that he needed to learn his place.
After many failed attempts to thwart his cause, those around him decided he could not be trusted with the power he had, and planned an assassination. They succeeded. But the goddess Vah'Rah became distraught, and used her power to bring him back from death; however, she realized all too late her mistake. He was marred and broken, and the life had left his eyes, and she could not find it in herself to love a creature of death, so she abandoned him, and the people around him, out of fear, did as well. And so he was left alone, and forgotten.

-Maeson is a proficient wielder of various types of magic. (Though he refuses to use fire magic at all costs.)
-He is mostly skilled in performing illusory magic, and uses it to disguise his true appearance, so that he appears as he did before death, at all times.
-When upset he will begin to lose his concentration, and hold on the illusion, and his true appearance will show until he has calmed down enough to regain control.
-Since his cruel and untimely death he has grown to hate all divine entities.
-He is a Cervitaur, a deer based centaur, with piebald markings.
-He is always cold to the touch. He feels this cold.
