"F" hails from the technologically advanced Atlantis. He is a guardian, a rank in the Atlantean Guard that represents the upholders and fighters of justice and law. He along with Clockwerk were friends with C at a very young age.

In time it has been hinted that a more intimate relationship spawned between the two.

Much like his female descendant His outlook on crime was a solid black and white, that is until it greyed upon the revelation of the Lemurian Conspiracy as shown by C. Both He and C worked together to bring about ustice and restore the lemurian throne. F was commended for his duty but C was forever branded as a Thief following the event. Unlike Carmelita, F did not initially view C as a criminal but pitied his mate at the fate that had befallen upon C. This only made their relationship closer even despite C holding a romantic relationship with another raccoon, the princess of Lemuria, whom he had saved and F being engaged to an Atlantean vixen.
