You know they wanted to jump him. And you know who would have started it. Man, I love the twins.
Kinda had to feel sorry for Harry in this scene in the book. It was a dumb plan. Things really suffer when Albus and Sirius and Snape aren't around to make the plans.

Disapparated with everybody to different places. Oh, or here's an idea: use the juice to transform Harry into somebody else, like they did at the wedding. Or heck, at least used some sort of magical radar to see if 30 people were waiting for me!

Good ideas. I agree with the radar. I agree with transforming Harry. I think there might have been something about the Trace that kept them all from disapparating to different places...Not sure though.

And I'm sure there are other magical things that coulda been done. They said something about side-along Disapparation, so I dunno. The whole trace thing seemed kinda weird. Why couldn't they put that on everybody, so if they turned into a death eater they could find 'em?

True, something magical should have been easy to find. However, Rowling seems fond of Polyjuice Potion...
I agree that the Trace thing is a little off. Logic doesn't really follow in the last book. Which surprises me because she has always been good at tying up loose ends.

Yeah, the juice was her go-to object in this book. Oh, they have the man find/uncover (well, it's in Latin) in that Xeno Lovegood chapter! They shoulda done that before they took off.
Logic took a bit of a holiday, as the Ministry of Rowling Money-Making appeared to be hunting it. XD Mom and I are laughing through this book 'cause it has the ultimate "pull it outta your butt" items - ie Hermione's bag, the Deluminator, etc. It's like, "Hm, I'm in a spot. How can I get them out? Oh, screw it. Instead of thinking up something clever, I'll just have Hermione pull it out of her bag!" JK's just making crap up now to tie up the ends. It's still a good read, though.
