Oh I usually take the sprites that needs to be animated and import them in Paint.net and copy and paste them into flash and that's it pretty much.

No, all the stuff is in a FLA, so if want use the same stuff I can just drag it from that FLA into a new one and just change up the frames and such. I only do the copy and paste stuff from Paint.net to flash for like Backgrounds or new sprites everytime.
