Description
More meshing practice using Pokemon. I wanted to do a mix of Illustrator Gradient Mesh and Photoshop effects. Therefore, this was naturally done using both programs.On the fanart side of this, I don't really like using Rotom, but I just can't help but like its concept and the way it looks. Anyway, hope you like it.

Personally, I used substitute like it was Rotom's signature move. I'd never actually noticed or paid attention to the move, and Rotom learns it naturally. I almost instantly fell in love with that move, and all because of Rotom <3 Plus, considering how he looks and the fact he can take over electronics, making you question if it's really him or not, I think the move fits him well.
