The image of Bunny Weiss and Cat-Ruby have been haunting my mind for like hours.Eventually I couldn't take it and started drawing them.
But somehow Ruby turns out...weird in this picture.

I think it's Ruby's lack of upper arms. They are VERY short, even with raised shoulders.

Hmm...try putting up your arms in that position and see, that's how I envisioned and drew Ruby's hands.
I agree that it's a little shorter, but it wasn't too short, was it?

Yeah, you're right here. Usually my critique is more... well, correct. I did a bit of comparison and her arms seem to be fine. The reason I thought this is probably because of the hands. The chibi-esque style makes their heads HUGE compared to their hands. Normally your hand can cover most of not all of the side of your head, here only half.
A few more options for what might look wrong:
Ruby's left hand is just, well, badly done. Like she doesn't have a thumb.
Ruby's hair looks a bit tilted? Horizontally, I mean. She has way more hair on the front right of her head than the front left. Was her hairstyle like that in the series?
Weiss' arms look like tiny sticks. I know they're young girls and supposed to have tiny arms but Ruby's arms are 1.5x the width (eyeballing it).
Weiss' stance is very unstable. Her legs are standing in such a way in proportion to her body that either the ground is NOT parallel to the bottom of the art or she is leaning very heavily backwards. Her angle is an estimated 335Β° to 345Β°. So at worst she is leaning back with a 25Β° degree angle which is a MURDER unto your thigh muscles.
Please don't let any of this deter you from how solid your sketching is, however. My friends know me as the best well intended nitpicker around.

Ruby's hair looked abit tilted? But I do agree I added a bit more hair on her front left...
And dang, I just noticed Weiss's arms, whoops, my bad.
And Weiss's stance do, I didn't know why I did that in the first place...

I've had a lot of practice pissing people off ^_^ In the end, all my critique is opinion based. I'm not an artist. I don't draw. So everything I say needs to be taken with a grain of salt. But generally (unlike the arm thing before), I do recognize the problems simply because I've seen so many pieces of amateur art.
