I wanted to start using Photoshop to add some bubble lighting effects, that you are seeing right now.Also, wanted to add more details on the background like add shadings on Octavia's bed, speaker, and her wooden desk.
It may not be the best background I have done, but at least I tried by using multiple brushes I have in Sai.

*UPDATE*
I wanna fix up the bubbles a little more by making the 2nd layer of bubbles glow, and clean up the rest of the others from covering Octavia. Hopefully it looks good cause I'm still getting use to the bubble effects on Photoshop

About bubbles. My advice would be to wary their sizes more, also wary their hue and transparency, make some erasings here and there to make them look less similar, and add slight highlights. When finished, duplicate the layer and apply strong blur to it, make it transparent and with some nice blend mode.

I forgot that photoshop have an option to make the bubbles more blurry by duplicating the layer i use to make those bubbles
