The time is 10th century England and the Viking raids have reach their peak.Here, a group of norse raiders has just sacked a small isolated convent on the English Coast.
In addition to the gold and silver loot within, the vikings have also abducted many of the holy-women within, to be taken back to Norway as slaves...

Sometimes life's a bitch. Case in point: the dark ages.
I like how the cutesy style clashes with the sobering historical content, it's nicely dissonant.
