By looking at them? I'm not entirely sure how to answer this question but I usually draw it like the ones I see outside...?
What I can surely say is that there's so many types of cloud so I wouldn't want to heavily depend on tutorials since those are for basics, I've seen some together with holes looking like the sand on the beach once the water level is lowered. Watching the sky is one of my favorite things to do when I sit in a car.
