Warning: Contains Vore...don't read if you don't like vore !!"Are you sure this is a good idea?" Michael asked. He looked worried. Elwyr just sighed and replied: "Oh, please...this is just like hide and seek...you will like it" The boy was still unsure, but after staying with Elwyr some time, he knew that he could trust him. The dragon was all the boy had left. Michael still didn't get over the death of his family, but the dragon had given him a new life. He taught him how to hunt and live in the forest. He had let him sleep on his side. Sometimes, when Michael was scared at night, he just put his head on the warm scaly chest of the dragon and listened to the relaxing beat of his heart, because he knew that he would be safe as long as this heart was beating. Three month had passed since Elwyr saved him from freezing. He didn't want to think about, what leaded to this situation. It made him sad. He wanted to think about Elwyr as his friend and saviour, not as a murderer. They had never talked about that again, it seemed like it had never happened. Only sometimes when Michael looked deep into this big, green, embosomed eyes, he could see the shame and regret. They would both never forget. Sometimes, Michael dreamed of the flames and the screams. Most of the time, he woke up screaming and frightened. When the dragon tried to console him afterwards, Michael could see in his eyes that the dragon knew what he dreamed of. Now, the same eyes looked down at him in a curious and playful way. "I'm not sure about this" The dragon rolled his eyes and nudged him into his chest with his snout. "Come on, I just want to play a little bit...what's wrong with you?" Elwyr replied and nudged him again. Michael giggled and pushed the big blue snout away. "Well, I'm just not sure if it's a good idea to play a game called *predator and prey* you know?" Although Michael trusted the dragon, Elwyr was still a dragon and easily able to kill him and he didn't guess he would be the predator in this game. Why did Elwyr want to treat Michael like a prey? All this made the boy get more and more nervous. Elwyr recognized the worried face of the boy and sighed. "Listen...you know exactly that I will never hurt you. So, there's nothing to worry about...I'll give you a few minutes to run away and hide and then I'll try to find and catch you, ok?" Even Elwyr's calm words couldn't take his fear away and even though he knew that he was standing in front of a friend that just wanted to play, he also knew that he was standing in front of a massive dragon. It's always difficult to trust somebody that could kill you within a heartbeat, no matter how long you know each other. Michael took a deep breath. "Ok, let's try it" The dragon's eyes gleamed with pleasure and joy and Michael couldn’t supress a grin. The massive creature was just behaving like a dog that wants to play with his owner. With the only difference that the dog was over three meters high and he wasn't his owner. "Great...Now run away and hide...you got five minutes until I'll start hunting you" Michael smiled nervously. Elwyr said he was going to *hunt* him. This word made him even more nervous. The dragon smiled and licked right across Michael's face. "I don't take a *No* as answer...run away now or I'll catch you" Elwyr said smiling and with zeal. The boy didn't want to be a bad sport. He sighed and ran into the forest, while the dragon started the countdown. After some running and jumping over some tree logs, his adrenaline level increased and a big smile formed on his face. He was having fun. Michael knew the forest very well and he knew exactly the good hiding spots. The boy couldn't even hear the voice of the dragon anymore, but it didn't matter, he just kept running.
Shira's stomach growled. She could only think of one thing: Food. The winter was tough for the dragoness and there wasn't anything to eat. No deers, no boars, just rats and some fishes from the nearby river every single day. The dragoness was exhausted and hungry. Another problem was the other dragon. It was a strong male dragon who lived in in a cave a few miles away, but Shira had never have the courage to face him and ask for help. She was also afraid; the dragon would hurt or even kill her. Just a few months ago, the other dragon had attacked a nearby farm. He had burned down everything. But why would a dragon do such things? Normally, dragons avoid the contact with humans and don't dare to attack a human village. Humans are not helpless preys. They have weapons and if they are many, they can even kill a dragon. Something cracked. The dragoness lay down and stopped moving. Maybe that would be her chance to get food. If something would see the massive dragoness lying at the ground without moving, it would probably think she were a stone, because of her grey and rough scales. No animal had ever figured out her disguise until it was already too late to run. The dragoness licked her lips and finally, she saw what caused the crack. A young human was running through the forest, directly towards her hideout. Shira hesitated. It was just a child and all alone in the forest. She knew exactly that humans are loving and sympathy feeling creatures and this one was just a child. Her stomach growled again. The dragoness had to choose between eating a human child or die of hunger. Now, the boy was just a few feet away. She knew what she had to do, even if it would break her heart.
The boy paused and leaned against a tree. Elwyr had probably started searching for him now. Michael had to hurry to get to his hiding spot, before the dragon would find him. It was a small cave next to the river, he discovered a few weeks ago. The boy just wanted to continue running as suddenly something hit his head and he fell to the ground. The poor boy wanted to stand up again, but something held him down and pressed the air out of his lungs. He couldn't breathe anymore unil the pressure ceased. His view was still blurry, but he recognized a big creature towering over him. "Ok, you got me...but you really could have been a little bit more careful Elwyr" Michael tried to stand up again, but the creature pressed him down again. "I think you took me for someone else" a female voice said. Michael froze. If this weren’t his dragon friend, what would the strange dragoness do to him. The boy turned around, still lying at the ground, not able to move a lot. The dragoness, towering over him was a little bit smaller than Elwyr and had huge paws pressing him to the ground. Her scales were grey and she smiled at him. Michael started to panic. This wasn't a friendly smile and he began to realize that this was the real game of predator and prey. He was the prey. "P..please don't kill me" Michael begged. The dragoness looked kind of sad for a short moment, but still pressed him down and showed no sign of letting him go. "I'm sorry human. It wasn't my decision, just the decision of my stomach"
the dragoness lifted the boy up, until he could see directly in these big, beautiful eyes. Michael didn't even struggle. He couldn't believe that such a beautiful creature would kill him. He was like hypnotised. The dragoness smiled and lifted him further up until his feet were dangling directly over her head. The boy woke up from his hypnosis as he saw the dragoness opening her maw. He begged and prayed, but the dragoness simply let him fall into her big, gaping maw. Michael screamed as he landed on the squishy tongue and slid towards the throat opening. He could see the bright daylight fading as the dragoness slowly closed her mouth around him and lulled the poor human into darkness. The dragoness didn't even had to swallow the boy, she just leaned back and let the screaming and crying boy slide into her gullet and her throat muscles slowly pulled him into her body. The muscles pushed against Michael's chest and made it very hard to breathe. The poor boy gave in as his head entered the long tube that lead would lead him to his grave. Michael's body relaxed and he closed his eyes and tried to imagine himself inside Elwyr's gullet. The dragon had swallowed him very often after the first time. He remembered himself being really afraid the first time, but then even started to enjoy it after a while. Over the winter, Michael even asked him sometimes to swallow him to get away from the cold. Elwyr never said *no*. Both of them could take advantage of it. Michael could sleep in the dragon's soft storage stomach and Elwyr had something to eat. Now, the boy tried to imagine himself sliding down the soft gullet of his dragon friend. Suddenly, he dropped in a small, hot chamber and all the good feeling vanished. The stomach of the dragoness wasn't as soft as Elwyr's and it was much hotter. It became even harder to breathe and the boy could feel his skin itching. It had already started. His worst nightmare had become true: He would get digested alive. Tears were running over his burning skin and he whispered: "Elwyr, where are you?"
"Don't even try to hide Michael, I will find you either way" The dragon shouted, running though the forest and searching for the well know scent of his human friend. He stood still and smelled the air again. Something was strange. The smell of the boy started fading very fast. Humans couldn't run that fast, that was impossible. Another strange thin was, the smell of he human had mixed with a different smell. He knew that smell, but he couldn't tell what it was. The answer suddenly appeared in his mind. A dragon. Elwyr froze. He knew what that meant: His human friend was probably dead or at least badly hurt. "He...he was my friend...he was the one I should take care of...the one I should have protected...and I have failed" With his sorrow and grief, the anger grew up and he started shaking with rage. Elwyr bared his teeth and growled. Then he ran towards the scent of the other dragon, hoping that it wasn't already too late. The scent became stronger until he saw what he was searching for. The young dragoness stood right in front of him and looked confused. Elwyr snarled at the scared dragon and looked around. Michael’s scent was still present, but he couldn't see him. Elwyr jumped towards the dragon and pinned her on the ground. The grey dragoness was smaller than him and shaking with fear. "Where's my human?" Elwyr shouted at the scared creature. "Answer or I'll rip you into thousands of pieces" The dragoness seemed to be confused about Elwyr being so angry just because she ate a human. "I..I was hungry...I..I'm sorry if it was your prey" Elwyr snarled even louder and the dragoness closed her eyes, awaiting him to kill her. "You ate him huh? Then you better spit him out right now and pray for him being alive or else I'll kill you" Elwyr said. Then, he released her and let the frightened dragoness stand up. "...and don't even try to run away" he added. The dragoness started to regurgitate and Elwyr saw a small bulge travelling up the throat until the dragoness spit the boy onto the ground. Michael didn't move. Elwyr slowly approached his human friend and licked over his face. The dragoness slowly stepped backwards. Parts of the boy’s skin were burned and he wasn't moving. Elwyr licked over his face again and the boy's eyes slowly opened. The dragon sighed and turned to the still confused dragoness. "You're lucky today, but if I'll ever see you again in my territory I won't reprieve you anymore and now fly as fast as you can before I'll change my mind" The dragoness unfolded her wings and disappeared in the sky. Elwyr turned back to Michael and licked him again to clear the stomach acid away. The boy was still weak and couldn't stand up by himself. He whispered: "Elwyr, you found me...you win" The dragon lifted his human friend up and pressed him against his chest. He was so happy that the boy was still alive. "Let's go home...I'll carry you" Elwyr lifted him on his back, unfolded his wings and took off into the sky. The dragon had saved the humans life again.

If I were Elwyr I would have probably killed the dragoness out of rage, after she spat Michel up. I may have a strong moral compass, but the lines end at harming a friend of mine.

Great job, yet again!
Just one thing; the dragons are only three metres tall? That's less than twice my height!

Yeah, that sounds better...if it was me, I wouldn't say that it was smaller that 10 metres in height, and a greater number in length. But that's just my opinion. It's still a great story!
