Changed up Rain's design. Still not satisfied, but I'll figure it out haha. I think its the name... but I'm not sure
Well anyway, this is temparary untill I get the official one finished. I am drawing a better anthro one but it's not finished so ya.
Credit for the reference base goes to it's owner. I didn't do that part- all I did was color. haha
