Malifer Rose, 16, is a student of the magic boarding school this will all take place in. He's been here as long as most others who have problems in the more public schools with magical talents, since he was 12. Bullied and picked on in regular schools, he was seen as a problem child that needed a more private setting of children requiring more challenges in classes and more sophistication. He still gets picked on because he's very shy, quiet, and a bit antisocial and girly looking. He used to get attacked in the halls of the public schools and put in girl's clothing because of how lovely he looked, hehe, in gym shorts and undershirts in gym class. Perverts He's had his fair share of swirlies, wedgies, being shoved in lockers and the girl's bathroom too
The cat ears and tail are actually the result of a spell gone wrong, mixing his blood with that of a demon cat, instead of creating a cat familiar for a class porject Poor guy, so he has some cat mannerisms and tendancies. He's not a snob, just shies from other people and hides in the school library and the tutoring rooms a lot. The school has a dormatory too, 2 guys to a room. There are actually 2 schools for better security and learning, one for males and the other for females, so no one gets too heavily distracted or haughty about their gender. It happens... believe me.
Malifer's family is very rich, ruling a small kingdom in their country of Rosyria, which is of course known for its endless, beautiful rose gardens of all colors and shades, from red to black. This is yet another reason Malifer shies from others, they only like him for his status and money, and they bother him thinking he gets good grades based on his status as well.
On a happy note THREE CHEERS FOR TIGHT PANTS!
His pet was a venus fly trap he had to use as a familiar since the demon cat was now a part of his soul and body. Myre only eats small things, he would choke if it was larger than a terrier.
