This is basically Mona in the alternate universe of Little Rocket. Here she is one of the main antagonists in the story. She is a robot with a major grudge against mobians and will do whatever it takes to rid the planet of it's "biological scum".
She believes robots and mobians can never get along. Mona leads a pro-robot, anti-mobian movement, committing acts of terrorism.
She is the main rival of Lucia --->Little Rocket
