Crestfallen is set several decades after the deaths of the Carriers of the Elements, where a population boom and economic decline has crippled the once mighty nation of Equestria. Frost Aige will endure the bitterness of a merciless, corrupt political system as he thrusts the country into a new age of machines and magic. Strange forces place their pawns at the table as the line between good and evil is whisked away, and Frost must ask himself, is he truly a servant of Life? Or the puppet of Death?"
