Done on a 3DS. Started on the plane and finished when I got myself settled in Mexico. Then I edited it in Photoshop when I got home.

Very cool art! love it! but i think you need to work a little bit on the background. Maybe a little more details on clouds and stars bright. You have really good proportions and perspective on both pokemons. The colours are good for a night illumination. You can add some details on Woobat wings, because i think you could resolve in better way the zubat wings. Finally, i think you can put some lines behind, so you can emulate the wind effect while they are flying. Hope you can still work on this great piece and take some of my tips!
