For a contest onThe phrase "don't like don't look" pisses me off. You're on a damn art website, you have to accept critique for your stuff.
And the admins do not give a fuck about your feelings.

Porn is fantastic, and it certainly can be artistic if done correctly (X-Art and etc). However, deviantart art has some boundaries, and pornography is not allowed on this site. There are plenty of other places to post it and look at it though.

The thing I hate most about that phrase is that it's invariably in the description, so in order to read "Don't Like? Don't Look!", you'd have to have already looked at it.

I know they mean "don't like, don't look" as in, don't click the picture and comment if you don't like it, but even though it is a conscious decision to do so, sometimes something just needs to be said about the crap on the front. I mean, selifes? People's asses and boobs? Fetish art? Even morphs! It's horrible. Just because someone has the right to post anything they want, doesn't mean what they've posted necessarily belongs here. People shouldn't be surprised when hardworking artists that put their blood, sweat, and tears into their works say something against lazily taken, uncreative, effortless selfies. I kind of want to start a petition where we leave the front page for the perverts and cognitive misers while the rest of us striving artists go to the undiscovered tab because, honestly (and sadly), that tab has more art on it than the front...
