I've had this sketch for a while, and I wanted to finish it before I close myself off to get work done. If it isn't clear, my dumb persona's main universe now is TF2

Since the games/universe takes place in the 60's There was the Roswell, NM UFO crash in 1947. E crash landed after having to escape, and go into hiding for a while, due to another war happening in another universe. Needing a break from being a war figure in space. During this time she was captured by the US government and was integrated and studied.
The Administrator (aka Helen) heard about the said capture when taking over the Mann CO, sending Miss Pauling to see what it was. If it was powerful and useful, she wanted it. Miss Pauling came and was granted one interview with E, and instantly connected. With a little bit of talking, Helen was able to get them out of the clutches of the government and under contract, had them working for the Mann Co. (let's be real: she totally faked some papers, and Miss Pauling was cool with it).
After years of being there, and being another assistant to Helen, much like Pauling, Helen thought it would be best if E joined a team and see what kind of havoc and war it could bring if the team were purposely in-balanced (RED x BLU). During this time E realized how, fun it could be to be a human and pretend to be one. Their whole life in space has been war and havoc, but on this planet it felt, different. While being Helen's assistant E rekindled an old love for art and writing, and now, as a new alias wants to be taken seriously as an artist, rather than a hardened mercenary, even though they still are. Miss Pauling had to break the news to the RED team about a new Scout, who to avoid confusion would be referred to as "E" (Miss Pauling and Helen know my real name, but only call me E out of respect).

Basic elements as a Scout are:
-amazing agility, like scout
-hard punches
-accurate aim
-ability to use basically anything as a weapon
-lots of different tactics and strategies
-vast knowledge of a lot of subjects, but is still baffled by human concepts
-just really wants to be a human artist,,,like please? i can be soft too guys

Other elements as an alien:
-Knows of, and accidentally, references a lot of things that are actually from the future
-Has a very strange sense of humor (Miss Pauling seems to reference the fact that I laughed for 45 minutes at a picture of a green couch; aka I have surreal Tumblr humor)
-Doesn't speak a lot about things out in space ; but will tell amazing stories alongside Demo-man while drinking with the guys (usually about fights she's got in)
-Can be treated like a human medically, so Medic can heal them and do surgery on them (does take medicine that manipulates her body to be / appear more human)
-Is friends with everyone on the team (besties with Miss Pauling though)
-tries really hard to make sure they're on good terms with everyone ; buys them things when she thinks of them and makes them sweets literally all the time
-has a studio space where they work a lot, but rarely seen without their sketchbook doodling something
