Description
Demian Jason Darkfox, the incredibly muscular arctic fox fursona of, and requested by, the one and onlyKeeping in style with the other work I've done for him [link] , I decided to make the background along the same lines as that, kinda looking like a card.
Heh, while I was making this, namely the tail, I was constantly reminded of Disney's "The Fox and the Hound" in which the woodpecker Boomer says to Tod...
"Just look at this bushy tail...B-B-B-B-BEAUTIFUL!"
God, I love that character. I have yet to hear another character that can traverse the entire frequency spectrum with a single studder.
(Geez, this has gone on WAY too far. Ah well, I find it humorous!)

The anatomy is fine, DJ even says in his furaffinity journal that he doesn't care what the anatomy looks like as long as the muscles go where they go!
So in short, This was drawn, inked, and colored very well

well i watch you because your detail of muscle in transformations and poses is quite impressively done. ^^ for a long time i have watched dj for a lot of the same reasoning. so seeing the equivalent of a hybrid pic between the two of you, i knew it was gonna be gold. XD

It's hard to describe but what I can tell you is that my interests in anthro and tf's evolved from my passion for anime.
I probably gave it a shot when I saw so many other artists out there doing this style (anthro that is), I figured I might try it, and now, here we are.

wow, sounds a lot like the bridge i took into the fandom. ^^ what anime would you say inspired you most in the tf genre? mine was go nagai's work like devilman. XD also one of my first loves, the guyver bio-booster armor. <3

It wasn't really from an anime but more so from many regular movies with tf scenes in them.
And I mean REAL tf scenes, not those cheap ones where it's off-camera or they change in an instant within a flash or conveniently-placed puff of smoke.

i hated it when they took the easy way too. T^T so may wonderful monsters and demons got their epic transformations so pitifully done.
