I return from the dead with a new friend!

Everyone, meet Klio.
Can you recognise the style? I hope so, otherwise, I'm not very good at this XD
She's a Lilo and Stitch Experiment.

Klio is an unmarked Illegal Genetic Experiment, created entirely for the purpose of "experimentation". Yes, she's an experiment Experiment
Jumba built her structure and personality as a living template to incorporate abilities and powers into a "test dummy" to ensure their perfection before integrating them into the official experiments, such as Richter, Sparky, Finder, Splodyhead etc. (He's smart, but I don't think he'd be able to pull off the perfect experiment first time over 600 times in a row)
As a result, she has no Primary Function.
Her Pod was not numbered, but was stored inside the Containment Pod that Gantu now owns, after the pods were unleashed upon the Island of Hawaii. This suggests there were a total of 629 pods inside the Container. (I am going to assume 627 and 628 were inside the Pod).

Klio obtained her name after a day of meeting Lilo, Stitch and the rest of the gang. They are determined to find a place and purpose for Klio, but in the meantime, she'd have to blend in the way Stitch did as Lilo's "dog". If anyone can remember in the series, sometimes Stitch would walk around wearing a wig and human male clothes, disguised by the name 'Kenny'. Lilo and Stitch re-adopt this disguise and also dress Klio up to shield her true form, Lilo deciding on the fake name "Klio" to harmonise with "Kenny". Kenny and Klio.
In the end, it became her own name.

Also, don't take her sweetness in this picture too lightly. Remember, she is part of the evil project. I chose to make her look like Stitch because it makes sense to realise that Stitch's form is the best in letting him to adapt, learn and do to any ability. I.e. He is both bipedal and quadrapedal, has opposable thumbs, has no gag reflex thus able to regurgitate food or harmful substances he may have ingested, is light enough to fly with the right equipment, yet heavy enough to be of sturdy base etc.

The differences are, Klio has retractable teeth and claws, her tongue is round and slightly forked at the end, her antenae are exterior all the time, she does not have four arms, her markings are different, she owns a slight snout - whereas Stitch's nose is directly on his face - and she owns many powers and abilities, all of which you will come to know later ^^

The rest of her story will follow ^^

NOTE: That tail bugs the life out of me.... might change it
