Very impressive! I love how the branches becomes the cracks in the sky and with a universe behind it! Great! Very nicely painted too! I'm a fan of traditional works too! Nice to see something not computer made for once!

Whoooo, I love the concept. I just wish there was more of the spacescape there.

I like the left part of the image very much, and the idea of branches becoming cracks in reality too. However, in my opinion the way in which the transgression is painted lacks something, and for me it unfortunately quite spoils the whole painting. The effect for me is as if that was a part of a completely different image, cut out and glued on the main one. I think maybe that's because the transgression is too abrupt, too quick?
I have seen an image where such a thing is done better in my eyes -- although it's quite a different thing pictured there, and I believe it was quite easier there. If you were interested, I'm speaking of Arrival of Cthulhu .
Please don't take it personally - I've already allowed myself to some of your other art

I respect your opinion (and of course thereΒ΄s no need to excuse, I donΒ΄t take statements like that personally)
But I donΒ΄t know, what that cthulhu picture has to do with mine. ThatΒ΄s a typical "collage" where the "other world" is blended into the sky. I wouldnΒ΄t ever compare this with my painting- itΒ΄s totally different (and IΒ΄ve seen a lot of similar pictures). But as I said once, I respect your statement.

amazing how you decided to paint this in a way that makes absolute sense.
very creative the way the tree branches mesh with the breaking away of 'reality'.
not especially for style, though you are very talented.. but more for creativity.

I love the way the branches go into the cracks. and the lighting on the tree is gorgeous.

this is one of those pieces where i think to myself "damn it-- i wish i had thought of that."
and now that i have seen it, i am inspired. and it will take me a long time to create anything i might be able to use as a "response" to this piece without copying your idea.
nevertheless, it's very inspiring and, as always, well-done.

Awesome painting! i love the textures of the mountain and the tree, very unique and original. How big is the whole painting? Is it done on paper? Anyways thats some serious skill! Good job!
