Description
Sukhoi Su-34 in Japanese Air Self-Defence Force paint and markings. An the article about the creation of F-1 and F-2 for JASDF, that I've read, one of the most imortant qualities for JASDF planes was the ablity to conduct long patrols over the sea and use anti-ship missiles. Su-34 has both, so I thought it would fit the requirements of JASDF.The paintjob is based on Mitsubishi F-1, as Su-34 is and attack plane rather that multirole fighter.

Does the 34 have a name or designator of some sort? I know the Su-37 is called the Terminator, though I doubt that's the proper name for it.

Well, the western reporting name is "Fullback". Unofficial nickname is "Platipus", due to Su-34's flat nose. There's no official nickname as Russians rarely give them. (So far only Tu-160 and some combat helicopters have them).
The "Terminator" nickname for Su-37 is also unofficial, like "Viper" for F-16.
